About the event
Join us for an unforgettable Summer Solstice Soiree on Grelen's scenic patio! Rub elbows with Grelen's new chef, Paul Deigl, and founders, Leslie & Dan Gregg, as you savor the seasonal hors d'oeuvres inspired by our lush garden and bountiful orchard. Enjoy James Tamelcoff's live music while soaking in the picturesque 360-degree mountain & nursery views.
Ticket price includes hors d'oeurves stations and live music. Stations include:
- Slider station - NY strip steak, Kite’s country ham & Pimento cheese sliders
- Sliced cured salmon station - Assorted pickled vegetables, everything flatbread & ciabatta crostini
- Local cheese station - Shenandoah Valley Farms gouda and colby cheeses, Grelen fruit, house made chutney & rosemary focaccia
Grelen's ice cream, chicken salad wraps, caesar salads, peach bellinis and Virginia beer, wine & cider will be available for purchase (while supplies last). In the event of inclement weather, we'll move the festivities to the Orchard Overlook Tent, ensuring the celebration continues rain or shine. Don't miss this opportunity to step into summer in style and savor the magic of the season at Grelen! Please note - Live music will start at 6:30. The cafe will not be serving the full menu but some grab & go options (caesar salads and chicken salad wraps) will be available. Deadline for tickets is June 15th; Limited # of seats.
