Grelen's Executive Chef, a name that will surely resonate with many in Orange County! Chef Paul, a cherished local figure with 17 years of culinary expertise from his successful catering business and café, Real Food, is joining our team. Known for his dedication to farm-to-table cuisine and his role in numerous events for Grelen’s owners, including their daughter's rehearsal dinner, Chef Paul is a familiar face who has consistently delivered exceptional culinary experiences. We’re excited to see his creativity and passion shine as he brings his magic to our table.
