Vendor Application

The Holiday Marketplace at The Grelen Depot is back for another season! After such a wonderful response from both guests and vendors last year, we’re expanding the Marketplace across four holiday weekends. Vendors may participate for one weekend, several weekends, or the entire season, offering greater flexibility while creating a festive, curated shopping experience for our guests throughout the holidays. Vendors who participated last year will receive first priority when selecting spaces. Details:

• Four weekends total, with vendors choosing which weekends they would like to participate.

​

• Vendor hours: Saturdays from 10 AM–4 PM and Sundays from 12–4 PM

​

• Vendor fee: $100 for your first weekend and $75 for each additional weekend. 

​

• Each vendor space is approximately 10' x 10'; One table is provided per vendor space; No tents are needed or permitted; the Marketplace is entirely indoors.

​

• We plan to host approximately 13 vendors each weekend.  If we have less than 8 sign up for anyone weekend, we will cancel that particular weekend.  

​

• Vendors who participated last year will receive first priority for available spaces.

​

• Vendors participating in all four weekends may leave their booth set up throughout the Marketplace season.

​

• Vendors selecting individual weekends are welcome! If your selected weekends are not consecutive, your booth will need to be taken down and set up again for each scheduled weekend.

​

• Double booths are available for twice the regular vendor fee.

​

• If there are less than 10 interested vendors on any specific weekend, that weekend will be canceled.
