1. Store Merchandise returned in perfectly new condition within 15 days of the date purchased with a receipt can receive store credit or a full refund.
2. Items returned between 15 and  90 days with a receipt will receive store credit.
3. We cannot accept returns without a receipt.
4. We will NOT except returns after 90 days.
5. No returns on sales items or food and drinks.  
6. Special orders can only be returned for store credit.  
7. Brunches and events: pre-orders for catered events cannot be rebated within 72 hours of the event.  
8. Plant material:

•  There is no guarantee on annuals.
• There is a warranty on perennials, shrubs & trees.  For 6 months, you will receive 50% replacement value as long as the plant was watered and received proper care.  This guarantee does not apply if the plant dies due to extreme weather conditions.  
• If Grelen Nursery plants the material, there is a 100% guarantee for a year as long as the plant was watered and received proper care.  This guarantee does not apply if the plant dies due to extreme weather conditions.  ​
